Hi there.
I got a question for this board.
Why dont we create a repository of all clan mods ?
By this way a clan can take the best mod over the net in fews clics.
By this way a server may use the same mod of another clan, the ranks will be saved on all same.named mods folder.

It's a good idea, but I would suggest not sharing the same mod folder.
the problem with custom maps right now is the map iwd in the mod folder. Its he only way the map can run on the server. It also can cause 'invalid iwd' errors that can't be fixed by typing reconnect.
i tested a map on 5.2 and could not connect to 5.1 or 5.3 afterwards (they shared the same mod folder)
So if the 509th lets say we ran a mod folder named openwarefare and had a custom map iwd xyz.iwd If GoR ran the openwarefare mod folder but did not have that custom map, if I tried to join your server I would not be able to join, I would get an impure/ invalid iwd error for the xyz.iwd in the mod folder. Typing reconnect will do nothing. The player would need to delete the xyz.iwd from the folder to join your server.
I suggest you use your own specifically named mod folder like gor_owm. Hopefully they can fix this in a future patch.

As said Jazz,
good idea but not possible because each clan add his onw iwd files. On my COD4 server the name folder for the mod is : x4 (root name) but i added EU.iwd specific file.
The problem will be the same with COD5 (which need to be patched and patched and again patched)
This is a source of conflics for the game
